These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RecoveredSafe, a backup and restore application operated by RecoveredSafe ("RecoveredSafe," "we," "us"). By installing or using RecoveredSafe, you ("you," the agency or business installing it) agree to these Terms.
RecoveredSafe creates scheduled, encrypted backups of your GoHighLevel sub-account data and lets you restore or export that data. Restore scope is as described on our site: all supported CRM data is one-click restorable, while workflows, funnels, forms, and similar structures are archived for a guided rebuild because the platform provides no API to recreate them. Features, scopes, and availability may change as the service evolves.
A restore writes data back into your account and may overwrite or duplicate existing records. You choose what and when to restore, and you are responsible for reviewing the result. We provide restore tools on an "as is" basis and cannot guarantee that every record or historical detail is recoverable, particularly for data the platform exposes only partially.
RecoveredSafe is offered as a paid subscription billed through the GoHighLevel platform, and may be resold by agencies with their own markup. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy and Security & Privacy page. You grant us the rights necessary to back up, store, restore, and export your data to provide the service. You remain the controller of your end-customer data; we act as your processor.
RecoveredSafe, its name, logo, and software are owned by RecoveredSafe. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your subscription is active. Your data and your backups remain yours.
We work to keep RecoveredSafe reliable and to back up your data faithfully, but we provide the service "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor that any particular backup or restore will be complete, as this depends in part on the platform's API and your account's state.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RecoveredSafe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the fees you paid for RecoveredSafe in the three months before the claim. Your own separate backups remain your responsibility for mission-critical data.
You may stop using and uninstall RecoveredSafe at any time from your sub-account's app settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or misuse. On termination, your backups are deleted after a short grace window as described in the Privacy Policy, so export anything you wish to keep first.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
